These Terms govern your use of the Soltide app and this website, provided by BrightKeep Labs. By using Soltide you agree to these Terms.

Using Soltide

You may use Soltide for your personal planning. Please don’t misuse the service — for example, by attempting to break, overload, or reverse engineer it, or by using it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your account

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. The content you create belongs to you.

Subscriptions & billing

• Soltide offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. Pricing is shown in the app before you purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Disclaimer

Soltide is provided “as is.” While we work hard to make it reliable, we don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BrightKeep Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Soltide.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
