Common questions
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restoreon the upgrade screen. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so they’ll come back on any device signed in with the same account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Soltide to cancel or change your plan.
Can I get my data or delete my account?
Yes. Email us from the address on your account and we’ll help you export or permanently delete your data.
