Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BrightKeep Labs (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the Soltide app and this website. We built Soltide to be calm and respectful — and we take the same approach to your data. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and name through our authentication provider. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the information you choose to share (which may be a private relay email).
• Your content. The tasks, routines, notes, and plans you create in the app are stored so the app can work and sync to your devices.
• Subscription status. If you purchase a subscription, our payments partner records that a purchase occurred and its status. Apple processes the payment — we never receive your card details.
• Product usage. We collect privacy-preserving analytics about how the app is used (for example, that a day was planned or a ritual completed) to improve the product. This is tied only to an opaque account identifier, never to your name or email, and is not used to track you across other services.
• Waitlist. If you join our waitlist on this website, we store your email address to notify you about the launch.

How we use information

• To provide, sync, and secure the app and your account.
• To process and restore subscriptions.
• To understand and improve how the product works.
• To send you launch and account-related updates you asked for.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary information with trusted providers who process it on our behalf: authentication (Clerk), app data and sync (Convex), subscription management (RevenueCat) and payments (Apple), product analytics (PostHog), and email (Resend). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

• You can request access to or deletion of your account and its data by emailing us.
• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data in transit and at rest.

Children

Soltide is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We’ll revise the date above when we do.
